Michael D. Milligan, President & Chief Executive Officer of Axel Johnson Inc. announced the transition in roles today, noting that “Kinetico continues to realize tremendous success in growing its relative share of the residential and commercial water treatment market. By continuing to invest in its partnership with its professional water treatment dealers, its mix of innovative, best-in-class products and services for the residential and commercial markets, and the development of new products and channels serving the wholesale and retail markets, Kinetico is realizing double-digit growth at a time when other industry participants are systematically cutting back their investments in the sector. We are pleased that the depth and collective capability of our team at Kinetico affords us the opportunity to transfer a talent like Shamus to another of our industry-leading family companies to accelerate the growth we believe is achievable there as well. We are confident that Toby and the rest of Kinetico’s management team will continue to drive the future success of Kinetico.”

Regarding the transition, Hurley comments, “I am very proud of what we have been able to accomplish at Kinetico and am confident in its current and future trajectory. Parkson has great potential for growth in the waste water and water treatment industries, and I am excited to join the company at this stage of its development.”

Describing Kinetico’s future plans, Thomas states, “The changing dynamics and fundamentals of the water market create attractive opportunities for Kinetico. We look forward to continuing the programs and initiatives we are currently pursuing, and by having our teams continue to work closely with our dealers, customers and partners, we will create even more valuable products and services for the water treatment market and drive growth,” he adds.
